If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,
Products must be undamaged.
Products must be not used.

How do I return my items?

You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.

PLEASE NOTE

We offer free returns for the following situation:
1)Logistics abnormality: No updates for more than 15 days.
2)The product has major defects or quality problems.
For other return claims, the customer will cover the return shipping cost.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order, including weekends and public holidays.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: You can initiate a return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.jisulife.com. For fulfilled orders, submit a return request; for unfulfilled orders, submit a cancellation request.
Returning goods: You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
