Perfect fan for travel. I took this one to the DR and it worked great. I dont think i could've handled the heat and humidity without this.

I was sent the older version of the Pro1S even though in the website it did not state “OLD” or “NEW” version of the Pro1S. It does not have a different name to tell the difference. I have contacted them and expressed my concerns. And they have done nothing about it. They are basically blaming me for it. Even though in my receipt it states that it’s a Pro1S and it shows the picture of the product that I was supposed to get, because based on the picture that’s what I ordered and was supposed to receive. My mother just came back from Japan and has the fan and by comparison you can clearly tell it’s way different, mine is smaller and weaker compared to hers. This was extremely deceiving of them and the customer service was very unhelpful. I do not recommend buying from the website at all.

I can say costumer service was very helpful, however the first fan I got was defective and battery life did not last. After the replacement was sent, the same problem occurred. I dont know if it is this version of the fan that has an issue since I have the previous version that came before and the battery life lasts me through the day.

I own several JISULIFE fans by now, and the Pro 1S has become my favorite model for everyday use.

It delivers a surprisingly strong airflow while staying much quieter than my Ultra 1. That makes it perfect for the office, at home, or anywhere you don't want a very loud fan on the lower and medium speed settings. At higher speeds it gets a bit louder, but it is still noticeably quieter than the Ultra 1.

The build quality feels premium, the controls are easy to use (after I figured out that you only need to press the button briefly and then scroll the wheel to increase the speed. On the Ultra 1, you have to hold the button until it turns on before adjusting the speed with the wheel), and the battery life has been great so far.
