1. Warranty Period

JISULIFE offers a 12-month product replacement warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Free Warranty Extension: In addition to our regular 12-month warranty, JISULIFE members can extend the warranty on their JISULIFE products to 18-month. You can sign up and subscribe us to get the free additional 6-month warranty.

Note: If you purchase on other platforms, please refer to the warranty policy of the corresponding platform.

2. Covered Items

A purchased order number made through JisuLife official stores.

Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

● Improper use or installation

● Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar

● Accidents

● Misuse

● Negligence

● Commercial use

● Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna

● Connection to an incorrect voltage supply

● Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility

4. Reporting Issues

To report a warranty issue, please contact our customer support team at support@jisulife.com. Provide a detailed description of the problem, including any error messages or screenshots that may assist in the diagnosis.

● Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.

● Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product.

● Description: Please describe the product problem in detail and attach pictures or videos so that we can better help you solve the problem.

Note: Before JisuLife can release a replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.

5. Warranty Service Process

Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will review and verify the reported issue. If the problem falls within the warranty coverage and is not excluded, we will initiate the necessary actions to rectify the issue.
