I can say costumer service was very helpful, however the first fan I got was defective and battery life did not last. After the replacement was sent, the same problem occurred. I dont know if it is this version of the fan that has an issue since I have the previous version that came before and the battery life lasts me through the day.

OMG! I love how I can choose the speed for this fan, loving the colour I chose and how its not too big (reasonable size). I am however still trying to understand how to turn it on and off but once I figure it out this is going to be great for the Australia heat and my next holidays.

Its a fan whats not to like!!!
