I can say costumer service was very helpful, however the first fan I got was defective and battery life did not last. After the replacement was sent, the same problem occurred. I dont know if it is this version of the fan that has an issue since I have the previous version that came before and the battery life lasts me through the day.

I own several JISULIFE fans by now, and the Pro 1S has become my favorite model for everyday use.

It delivers a surprisingly strong airflow while staying much quieter than my Ultra 1. That makes it perfect for the office, at home, or anywhere you don't want a very loud fan on the lower and medium speed settings. At higher speeds it gets a bit louder, but it is still noticeably quieter than the Ultra 1.

The build quality feels premium, the controls are easy to use (after I figured out that you only need to press the button briefly and then scroll the wheel to increase the speed. On the Ultra 1, you have to hold the button until it turns on before adjusting the speed with the wheel), and the battery life has been great so far.

This thing WORKS. I spent a week in Disney world mid-june, knowing I get really bad heat-exhaustion, and this thing literally saved my butt from passing out and allowed me to actually enjoy myself! My only complaint is that while I did haphazardly toss it into my bag and lugged it around for hours everyday, after a few days the screen and body both had scratches. There wasnt anything overly hard or sharp in my bag, so I dont know what happened there- but i bought this fan to cool me off, not look pretty, so it's still money well spent to me!!

This handheld fan is awesome, easy to use,full control of the speed, pretty noiseless and full battery charging offers lots of fresh air hours :)
